Wallets have a way of becoming a catchall for every scrap of paper and morph into a bulky misshapen glob that looks like bloated roadkill. This clip seemed like a brilliant alternative. I've had one for a while now. The build quality is very solid and it holds bills securely. The reverse side card holder clip is simple and stylish. The problem is with this side as was soon apparent. It is nonadjustable and so MUST have 5 cards in there or else everything just slips out. I keep 2 credit cards, bank card, Insurance card and license for ID. Each time I pull out the credit card that is kept on top especially in a hurry as at the grocery store, the other cards immediately make a mad dash to escape and often wind up on the floor. Yesterday the grocery bag boy handed me my credit card which had fallen and I hadn't even notice the slip. Then there are those odd things like a check that needs to be cashed and vehicle registration and car insurance cards that should not be left in the car and need a place on your person. It is great to leave the wallet home, but this clip needs to have a self tightening mechanism for the cards as it has on the money clip so even one card can be held securely and be ready to have a strategy for carrying those other necessary items.
